1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using North Padel Tour ("NPT", "we", "us", or "our") website, mobile application, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

NPT is a padel sports platform that provides players and clubs with tools for:

Player registration, profiles, and ratings
Club management and event organization
Tournament registration and bracket management
Match scheduling and score submission
Badge and ranking systems
Matchmaking and partner discovery
Payment processing for events and club subscriptions

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use certain features, you must create an account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use NPT. By registering, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Submit false or misleading information, including fake match scores
Use the platform for any commercial purpose without our consent
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Payments and Refunds

Event fees, club subscriptions, and other payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). All fees are final unless otherwise stated in the event or club terms. Refund eligibility for events is determined by the event or club organizer. NPT is not responsible for refund decisions made by organizers.

6. Intellectual Property

The NPT platform, including its design, logos, content, and software, is owned by North Padel Tour and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NPT AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO NPT IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NPT, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which North Padel Tour operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
